The development of any nation depends on the citizens of that nation, the basic aim of education is to create ideal citizens with good character, cultured, talented, hardworking and conscientious. For this reason, even though it is observed that the spread of education is rapidly spreading in urban areas as well as in rural areas, even today, as the opportunities for higher education are not available in the rural areas to the extent required and due to financial constraints, many students in the rural areas are unable to pursue education beyond secondary and higher secondary education. As a result, many students in rural areas were deprived of higher education.
Knowing the said problem, the current president of Nandkrupa Gramin Vikas Bahuuddeshiy Shikshan Sanstha Saoner, Mr.M.J. Tekade "Ram Ganesh Gadkari College of Commerce, Saoner" was established at Saoner in the academic session 2009-10 with the sole aim that every student in the rural areas should get the opportunity of quality higher education through the tireless efforts of Madhukarrao Tekade and to create ideal citizens useful for national development. Thirteen years have been completed since the establishment of the college and apart from this every year educational trips are organized visits to industrial centres, annual convocations, university level sports competitions, 10 day camp through the National Service Scheme Department of the college, village cleaning, de-addiction, women gathering etc. The organization of birthday and death anniversaries has become a feature of the college in an attempt to increase the sense of social service among the students.
Of course, the president of the institution Hon. Madhukarraoji Tekade, This has been possible only due to Hon. Vijayraoji Tekade's tireless efforts, inspiration and continuous guidance. The experience of the previous academic session has proved that the students of the college are not lagging behind in any field. Students of the college have shown their brilliance in academic, cultural, social, sports, intellectual elocution competitions. The credit goes to the professors of this college.
As per the law of nature, a small sapling grows into a big banyan tree with time, following the same law, I am sure that our infant college will also develop into a big banyan tree. For the new building of the college, the institute has purchased agricultural land on Khangaon Road in the limits of Nagar Parishad at Mauja Savner and the construction of the new building has been completed on behalf of the institute and the college has been shifted to a new spacious building. The development of a college requires the tireless hard work and efforts of the college management, students, parents, faculty and staff. I am sure that no element of this college will be left out for that. I am confident that this college will continuously strive for the overall educational development of the students and every student from this college will enter the outside world as an ideal citizen and contribute to the national work of society and nation development.
